UN 20 liter conical pail line from MGR en Middelharnis, Holanda Meridional, Países Bajos

Pre-owned manufacturing line for 20 LITRE conical pails. The line consists of, among others: ZHENGYI welder with 0.6 mm overlap, Jorson inside powder protection, ZHENGYI ouside lacquer unit, ZHENGYI induction curing oven, MGR (expander, beader and curler, bottom flanger, bottom seamer). Automatic ear lug welder, wire handle and ear welding lacquer protection machine from SHINYI. At the end of the line is a GUANYOU online leakage detector that conducts a 100% check for all manufactered pails. Pail top diameter is Ø 292 mm; bottom diameter is Ø 276 mm. What is UN ? Since 1 January 1991, all dangerous goods in international marine and international or domestic air transport were required to be in packaging displaying the "UN" marking.
