Full servo-driven sachet sorting machine model SBM-BS100A is compact machine, the sorting speed is up to 100 sachets per minute and can handle various types of small packages.
The servo-driven sachet sorting machine is a machine used for sorting and orientating various types of sachets or pouches in a manufacturing process. The system uses servo motors to control the movement and positioning of each sachet as it passes through the sorting station.
Servo-driven sachet sorting machines can handle unstructured heap materials, from aggregating to dispersing and finally arranging them in order for further processing in packaging machines. After being piled up in hopper, the sachets transport conveyor activates, conveying the sachets onto low- speed rollers. Using low, middle, and high-speed rollers, the device sorts the sachets one by one, sending it out of the sachet sorter.
