The CM3 Engineering triblender dissolver CM3 is used to mix solid or liquid products quickly and efficiently, and is designed to work independently as well.
The support table at an ideal height allows bags to be easily placed on it and facilitates their discharge into the hopper. The hopper is constructed by plate lathe from flat sheet metal, and has no unnecessary welding for higher quality.
Principle of operation:
The products to be dissolved are fed into the hopper. The strong vacuum at the base of the hopper allows the impeller to literally suck in the product to be dissolved, while the liquid is pumped out as in a normal centrifugal pump. The moment the hopper valve opens, the solids are sucked in and dissolve perfectly as they pass inside the pump housing. The system enters mixing just before the suction inlet of the centrifugal pump.
