200-Type Automatic Stacking Machine with CCD Visual Positioning and Tail-Wrap for Lithium Cells
I. Function Overview
The separator is actively unwound, fed into the stacking platform through a tension mechanism, and moved back and forth by the platform to position the electrode sheets. Two robotic arms with suction cups pick up positive and negative electrodes from two left-side hoppers, then utilize CCD visual positioning to precisely stack them onto the platform. Once stacking is complete, the machine automatically wraps the tail (with a switchable tail-free mode), cuts the separator, transfers the cell to the taping station for automatic adhesive tape application, and immediately starts the next cell stacking process.
