The Eksigent NanoLC-2D, 920 is an advanced High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) system, offering fully automated 2-dimensional HPLC separations with precision nanoscale direct pumping. This system, ideal for LC/MS proteomics applications, enhances detection sensitivity and reproducibility. It efficiently performs 2-dimensional peptide separations using methods like MudPIT. With an independent microfluidic pumping system, it offers a first dimension flow rate of 1-20 µL/min and a second dimension of 20-1000 nL/min. Its high-pressure gradient mixing eliminates flow splitting, providing a delay volume of 300 nL for the first and 65 nL for the low-flow dimension.
