The GelMatic BC 150 GR is an air cooled, countertop soft serve ice cream machine with a single flavour. It has an output capacity of 17 kilograms an hour (which is around 18 liters of soft serve). This is a state of the art machine which can produce express gelato, frozen yogurt, and (of course) soft serve ice cream.
The easy-to-use, interactive " .Di.S." control system has a crisp, 7" touchscreen, which lets you program, monitor, and trouble-shoot every function on the machine -- you can even do this remotely. It's a very user friendly machine, thanks to its simple and intuitive interface, and the modular menus let you personalize every parameter.
GelMatic uses only Lafert motors, which are 100% made in Italy, to guarantee high performance, even under extreme conditions. Reliability and energy savings go hand-in-hand thanks to the great efficiency of these motors: the beater motors and the power units all meet IE3 standards of energy efficiency.
