The Vollrath TW-27R is a food warmer with two circular insets meant to rethermalize two different foods at the same time. Each well has separate controls and timers, so you don't have to worry about warming issues that pertain to foods with different consistencies, etc.
This Cayenne twin well rethermalizer is designed to take pre-cooked food from the danger zone of 4.4°C to 73.9°C in less than 90 minutes. The temperature will then be maintained at 65.6°C when an inset or pan are used with a standard pan or inset cover, the proper water level in the well is maintained, and the food is stirred regularly. With the proper inset and lid, this machine could be placed front of house to act as a warmer once the food is reheated.
