It has the HOT system for setting the desired consistency of shake, from classic to creamy, and a variable delivery flow for whatever your preference. It can make up to 120x 16-oz. shakes per hour.
This model has a hygienic heat treatment for sanitation and keeping the liquid mix fresh for longer. Its tank agitator improves the heat exchange during the heat treatment process and also prevents stratification.
The 161-K-SP-G has a 0.88 HP direct-drive beater motor, the quietest in its class. It also has 19.78 cubic feet of volume, a 19-quart (18-litre) hopper, and an R290 refrigerant. Its ventilation system is vertical, meaning the machine takes less counter space.
