Omcan's CE-CN-0016-E is a single zone food dehydrator for making dried fruit and vegetables chips, meat jerkies, bread crumbs, and more. One advantage of food dehydration is it retains flavours without the use of preservatives or additives. This model has 16 racks and comes with 16 compatible stainless steel trays, which each have an aluminum handle and measure 15 by 15.75 inches.
This product has digital touch-screen controls for adjusting temperature and time. The temperature range is 86° to 194° Fahrenheit (30° to 90° Celsius) and the timer can be set as long as 24 hours. The dehydrator is also quiet, running at only 50 to 55 decibels, which is about as loud as a residential refrigerator or light conversation.
The CE-CN-0016-E's body has a 0.6 to 0.8mm SUS 201 double layer stainless steel construction and comes with a drying tray and crumb tray. This product has a 1-year parts and labour warranty.
