This model is made in Italy and has a old-fashioned Volano style and is available with a standard solid flywheel or a more stylish flower flywheel. Its carbon steel blade has a 10-inch diameter, the cutting size is 7.3 by 5.9 inches, and the cutting thickness ranges from 0 to 2mm. The cutting thickness can be adjusted using a knob.
