The Omcan BE-IT-710-CSS is a commercial-grade countertop model dough sheeter with 2 conveyor belts measuring 19.7 inches wide by 28 inches long, for an overall length of 70.8 inches (including dough catchers on each end). It's reversible, meaning the dough can be passed back and forth from one side of the appliance to the other however many times you would like. Large dough sheeters like this one would be found in bakeries, restaurants, hotels, and other locations where you want large quantities of dough sheeting.
It features a dough thickness adjustment handle so you can control with precision and consistency. Both of the model's tables can be folded up to help save space around the sheeter when it's not in use.
The cylinders are galvanized, hard chrome-plated, ground, and polished. The scrapers and safety guard are removable, for quick and easy cleaning.
