The Techno Five-Axis CNC Working Center is designed for high-volume production shops with demanding applications that require high throughputs. The five synchronizing interpolated axes are well suited for 3D curved surface positioning and simultaneous motion for trimming formed parts, patterns, or molds. The machine is available in single or twin moving tables and is designed to double the productive efficiency by allowing loading and unloading operations on one station without interrupting the work cycle
Features include all steel construction, THK HSR caged linear guide rails, precision helical rack-n-pinion on the X-axis with a ballscrew Y/Z axis drive, PC based Osai industrial CNC controller with easy-to-use system interface, 9 HP precision HSD Italian spindle, and multi-zone vacuum t-slot table, to name a few.
