The 2006 Duplo System 5000 30-Bin Collating System with Stacker is a high-performance, air-feed collator designed for mid to high-volume print finishing environments, accurately gathering up to 30 sheets per set from three interconnected 10-bin towers for seamless integration with booklet makers or standalone stacking. Featuring suction-belt feeding with air separation, it handles a wide range of paper stocks from 52-300 gsm and sizes from 4.72” x 5.52” to 14” x 20”, ensuring reliable performance without jams or misfeeds.
The included stacker provides straight or offset stacking at speeds up to 10,000 sets per hour, with options for cross stacking or deep pile delivery.
