This item has been serviced and painted as you can see from the pictures. Initially, the cover was badly rusted. There was a hole in the cover and a plate was welded to reinforce it. The blade is worn but not in a condition to stop cutting immediately. We can also sell the blade we are making. Please see the pictures carefully.
