(1) 10 MMSCFD Cryogenic Gas Processing Plant is available for purchase. The plant was refurbished in October, 2013 with approx. $2,000,000 invested in the refurbishment and system upgrades.
The Cryogenic gas processing skid was designed to achieve a nameplate throughput of 10MMSCFD. With a design inlet operating pressure of 1000psig and a demethanizer tower design operating pressure of 235psig, the 50HP turbo-expander process is capable of achieving a separation temperature of -90°F. The gas sub-cooled type process (GSP) provides better ethane and propane recovery with enhanced heat integration, providing a tower reflux temperature of -150°F.
