It is a recent packaging line (2011), with 10 cycles per minute (possible 11), little used and well maintained (one shift/d for 5 years, stopped 2 years ago). It packs fresh pastry : millefeuilles, tarts,...
The formats and speeds are as follows:
Format 1 : 186x115x60 mm. 10 packs per step x 6 cycles per min -> 60 packs/ min or 3.600 packs/h
This format comes with 3 sets of wedges (flat, groove width, groove length) to adjust the depth of the tray.
Format 2 : (large format) 280x275x60 mm. 2 packs per step x 5 cycles per min (not optimized) -> 10 packs/mn or 600 packs/h
Thermal ribbon printing of the DLUO on the upper film in automatic via dataflex videojet printer on cart = possibility
Lower reel support at 90° for reduced length with lower reel loading cart
