Automatic glass cutting table with integrated loading arm - VCK Atlantibalada en Mirandela, Braganza, Portugal

The automatic glass cutting table with loading arms is used for cutting flat and molded or soft-coated (Low-E) glass. The cutting operations are done with a diamond cutter.
Thanks to the integrated loading arms, the slab is automatically loaded from the glass stock shelf. The loaded slab is automatically brought to the cutting position by the glass cutting bridge, and the machine automatically starts the cutting process by detecting the position of the glass in the x and y axes. The cutting section is also equipped with a metal brush and can remove soft-coated (Low-E) glass at maximum speed and quality.
Thanks to the rotating stock holder that can rotate 180°, and have double-sided glass storage capability, time losses are minimized and maximum glass loading and positioning capacity is achieved.
