Powder rotary valve is used to discharge powder or granular materials continuously, evenly and smoothly. It is composed of shell, impeller and end cover, the main working part is rotating impeller or rotor with a number of blades, rotating in the cylindrical shell. And after the materials falles down from the tank under gravity to fill in the blank part of blade,with the blade rotation to the lower part and the materials discharged smoothly.
And it has many advantages, such as :
1.The driving parts are protected by stainless steel guard plates;
2.The feeding device can be separated from the drive unit during cleaning and sterilization;
3.The equipment can be co-worked with many kinds of crusher, storage and feeding devices.
4.Simple structure, easy to clean;
5.The rotary valve will stop rotating only in the closed position, which could prevent material leakage;
6.Small friction betweenn powder and sealIing ring, less lubricant needs;
7.Easy to operate and less effort to be costed
