Main characters
• The machine is used for EPS foam foam / wood / acrylics working
• The machine adopts U-shaped flat body structure. The body is welded with 4mm steel pipe and treated with aging. It has good vibration damping ability and small thermal expansion coefficient. Y-axis grinding spur rack and pinion guide rails are arranged on the body, 20 ball screws and 20 linear guides are used and X and Y Z are perpendicular to each other, and the body table is processed by gantry milling as a whole.
• The machine is equipped with a set of 2.2KW spindle motor fixed on the Z-direction slide plate, and is equipped with a 3.7KW frequency converter.
• X-axis purchases servo motor and planetary reducer, with spur gear racks for precise movement, and YZ axis servo motor and ball screw for precise movement.
