After sizing, filling, and cleaning, pulp with suitable papermaking properties enters the pulp flow equipment of the paper machine at a concentration of 0.3%-1.3%. Furthermore, after the paper passes through the pulp flow distributor and the pulp headbox to distribute and level the pulp, the paper flows uniformly and steadily to the wire surface of the forming wire moving there. After the pulp flows onto the wire on the wire shell near the centerline of the breast roll, it is gradually filtered and dewatered to form a continuous wet web. The clean box is generally equipped with forming and de-drying components, such as box rolls, vacuum pump moisture absorption boxes, and couch rolls. When the wet paper web is dewatered to a certain dryness (usually about 20%), it can be peeled off from the paper web and sent to the press section for further dewatering.
