The Crafter CNC machining center has been specially designed for custom joinery.
Primarily focused on windows, doors and verandas that are unique and special. Thanks to in-house Win Creator software, the machine can help calculate individual segment components and speed up their production.
The compact machining center features CNC-controlled tenoning and profiling shafts. One operator remains in front of the machine, controlling only the machining sequence. Tenons are produced on two timbers simultaneously, and thanks to the pre-programmed sequence, the machine automatically adapts to the needs of each part end (jambs with 2 different tenons). The operator then inserts the tenoned parts into the profiling section for molding on one side. The conveyor belt that returns the part to the machine means that only one person is required.
