Descripción
Simple production process: raw pine nuts are first graded, from one to three or one to six. Several levels are equipped with several shelling equipment. The graded raw fruit are lifted by an elevator to a shelling machine that meets the size level. For shelling, there are several levels equipped with several lifting and shelling machines; (the finer the classification, the better the shelling effect). After shelling, the shelled kernels are separated by a separator for a second time. The kernels are dried, humidified, and peeled to obtain Finished white nuts.
It can also be equipped with a shelling machine and an elevator. After peeling off one level of specifications, adjust the gap, and then peel off another specification, and so on. This is more troublesome! Not suitable for mass production.
