Heating method

Debinding stage

A large amount of gas exchange will promptly discharge the organic compounds generated by debinding out of the furnace.
Gas system
There are air inlets in the furnace for air to enter and circulate, and exhaust holes on the top for harmful gases to be discharged.
Exhaust gas treatment device
The debinding furnace is equipped with an exhaust gas treatment device, which uses resistance wire heating to decompose harmful gases and is equipped with an exhaust fan to discharge combustion gases.
