T. and P. have been excellent! I paid for the machine, got an invoice, they packaged it perfectly with all items individually wrapped, all packaged in a wooden crate on a pallet and waterproofed with plastic wrap. They provided me with pictures of how the machine is packaged. Arrived 2 days early to the other end of Europe. The machine arrived in perfect condition 1:1 with the photos. This is my first purchase from them, but I am in the process of purchasing another machine from them and will definitely do more business with them in the future. I cannot rate these guys highly enough! They are true professionals! Thank you to the whole team and especially T.! -One very happy customer!
